About

My name is Sean Grullon – and I think a lot about science, machine learning, the future of technology, and whether the Packers will win another Super Bowl with Aaron Rodgers.

My background is in particle astrophysics. I moved to Philly in 2011 for a postdoctoral position at UPenn with the neutrino group. I am now a Data Scientist for IBM Watson Health, where I help healthcare and life science clients solve data-driven problems with Watson. I’m also a foodie, a film buff/cinephile, love football, and may or may not own three different coffee makers.

I made this blog to collect my thoughts on science, machine learning, and other topics of interest to me.
